The Heels N Wheels Girl, how & why?
When I left school I was determined I was going to “sell cars” & “be a nail technician & make up artist” now let’s be clear, I’ve done all those things, but working in the motor industry is the one thing that’s stuck, so much so I’m heading towards 30 years very fast.
So that explains the wheels bit - tick
Right onto the heels, the addiction from an early age which lead me to a side hussle, and “Where’d you get those shoes” was born, posting a huge number of parcels containing statement heels all over Australia everyday from my dining room table. Then in 2014 when we moved onto a new venture in Mudgee, I decided to wind things down.
So there we go, the Heels N Wheels Girl explanation.
Why a blog & what’s happening now?
If you’ve been following my insta you’ll know the last few years have consisted of learning Millinery, driving! Lots of driving! And fashions on the field, designing outfits for mostly Mum to whip up to pair with my millinery creations.
I get sooooo many inboxes asking about my insta content, so I decided I’d get back into blogging. This will be a place to post more in depth info relating to my posts.
What’s not happening here, I’m super respectful of my amazing Millinery teachers, so please don’t ask me to teach any techniques or share their intellectual property.
But, based on your inbox questions we will have plenty to talk about.
So let’s go!
